- Appraisal of the technical and instrumental innovations proposed in the zootechnical field and of the products processing.
- Instrumental appraisal of pork meat and carcasses: validation of tools and measurement methods.

- Predisposition and performance of specific intervention of diffusion and divulgation of the information to the research and experimentation field and production tech support.
- Consolidated partnerships and collaborations with the protection and control structures for the main zootechnical products with a trade mark, research and national and regional professional experimentation and training structures, breeders and producers associations of the sector.
