This sector deals with rural aspects of buildings and in particular those dedicated to cows, pigs, poultry, sheep and goats. The activities are related both to research and experimentation in the area of local, regional, national or EC financed programs and technical support and design for zootechnical agricultural companies.

The sector coordinates and arranges a periodical update of the Regional Price list for agricultural work and interventions of Regione Emilia-Romagna. It also follows several zootechnical building specialised journals.

Technical Instruments for Activity Support

The sector has a workshop equipped with computerised technical drawing software (Autocad Map 2004 version) for the design and plotter to print the drawings.

As for the data processing the sector uses Linea32Studi, a construction site software most appreciated at a national level.  It can manage, create and analyse price lists as well as analytical quotations.
